The Vari-Speed is a 1/2 HP, fully enclosed, double shaft polishing motor with an infinitely variable electronic speed control. This control permits the selection of any speed within the range of 0 to 3450 rpm. Other motors with this feature are substantially more expensive. Both shafts have 5/8" dia. male threads to accept arbors and spindles with 5/8" female threads. Two tapered spindles and two flanged arbors are provided for use with buffs and wheels up to 6" in diameter. The 2 flanged arbors are used with wheels that have 1/2" holes. Equipped with cord set.

Used for polishing and burnishing in rotary and vibratory tumblers. Compared to carbon steel media, stainless steel tumbling media do not rust, are easier to maintain and store, and offer faster finishing times. Storage requires only that the media be completely immersed in water.

Used after cut-down for final finishing. Brightens dull surfaces while removing very little metal. The sizes shown below are usually used in combination.
