Ring mandrels that lack matching finger gauges is a perennial problem. This causes mistakes and lost time. Pepetools has engineered their new Gold Standard™ Mandrels and Ring Finger Gauges to match perfectly. And every Gold Standard™ Mandrel will match every other. Each one is laser etched to a depth of .015" to .040" with ring sizes 1 to 16 by 1/4 sizes. Choose between grooved and un-grooved styles. In fabricating their Square Ring Mandrel, Pepetools starts with a standard, round tapered mandrel, and mills four flat side to create a square profile with rounded corners. Besides being an attractive design, rings with this profile are not likely to turn on a person's finger. Square rings are also more comfortable to wear and slide onto a finger more easily. Pepe's Square Ring Mandrel is precisely engraved with rings sizes 1 to 16 by 1/4-sizes to U.S. standard. Each one is hardened to 44 Rc for durability and plated to prevent rust.

Beautifully finished and constructed of solid aluminum. Marked in US and European ring sizes along with diameter and circumference markings in millimeters. US sizes 1-15 (in 1/4 sizes). Overall length is 10".

For measuring rings 1 to 15 by quarter sizes to US Standard. Also has gauge to show length of material needed to make specific sizes of rings. Nickel plated with wood handles.

Used for holding rings while polishing. 7" long overall, tapering from 30 mm to 10 mm diameter.
